Each individual is permitted to hold only one pak288 Account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where pak288 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether by shared name, address, device identifier, payment method, or IP address — pak288 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately and void any outstanding balances or winnings accrued under the duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your Account details to reflect any changes. pak288 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions may not register or use pak288. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pak288 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak288 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify pak288 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pak288 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
pak288 may at any time require you to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC. pak288 is not obligated to explain the basis for any KYC request.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak288 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as set out in the Platform's dormancy policy, which forms part of these Terms. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
You may request closure of your pak288 Account at any time by contacting customer support. pak288 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms or where required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
pak288 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and international Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR. pak288 does not accept third-party payments — the payment account used for deposits must be in the same name as the registered pak288 Account holder.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pak288 Account within 2–5 minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. pak288 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pak288 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out in the Platform's Withdrawal Policy. pak288 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or where there is a reasonable basis to investigate account activity. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing windows are displayed within the Cashier panel of your Account.
pak288 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Deposits must be made from payment sources owned by and in the name of the registered Account holder. pak288 may request source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where account activity raises compliance concerns. Funds deposited in error or under suspicious circumstances may be returned to source pending investigation.
All bets and wagers placed on pak288 are subject to the applicable game-specific rules and sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international Test matches, T20 bilaterals, and other scheduled events — are governed by the pak288 Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.
pak288 reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of manifestly incorrect odds or prices, whether arising from a technical error, data feed fault, or any other cause. Players will be notified of voided bets and the stake returned to their Account Balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pak288 content without prior written authorisation from pak288.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if pak288 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pak288 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak288 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
pak288's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your pak288 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak288 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at pak288.app/privacy-policy.
pak288 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, game providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required for the provision of services, compliance with legal obligations, or the detection and prevention of fraud. pak288 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
pak288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms currently in force is always the version published on this page, marked with the effective date shown at the top of this document.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — pak288 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and pak288 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to pak288's internal dispute resolution process. You must raise any dispute within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute by contacting pak288 customer support in writing.
pak288 will aim to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notification. The decision reached through the internal dispute resolution process is final and binding on both parties, except where a Party can demonstrate that the decision was made on the basis of a material error of fact.
